This November, DJ’s Alliance invites individuals, families, businesses, schools, nonprofits and faith communities across Delaware to come together for Delaware Goes Teal & Purple, a statewide community action initiative dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding suicide, supporting suicide loss survivors and building stronger connections.
November includes International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2026, a day to honor the lives of those lost to suicide and recognize the people who carry their memories forward.
But one day isn’t enough.
Through Delaware Goes Teal & Purple, we’re turning a day of recognition into a month of meaningful action — encouraging Delawareans to start conversations, strengthen support systems, honor loved ones and make compassion part of everyday life.
One day of recognition. A month of action. A commitment that lasts.
Wear the Colors. Spread the Hope.

Show your support for suicide prevention, suicide loss survivors and compassionate conversations with a Delaware Goes Teal & Purple awareness shirt from DJ’s Alliance.
Our Delaware Goes Teal & Purple collection includes T-shirts and other apparel for supporters of all ages.
Available through Bonfire. Styles, sizes and pricing vary.

Show Us How You’re Making a Difference
Wear teal and purple. Share a memory. Start a conversation. Organize an activity. Check in on someone. Invite others to participate.
However you choose to take action, we’d love to see it.

Together, we can help make Delaware a place where conversations are welcomed, grief is acknowledged and no one has to navigate suicide loss without support.
